Sandy Halliday, a former nurse, holistic nutritionist and health coach started this blog to share interesting stories, articles, recipes and videos about healthy ways to shed weight, reshape, reboot your body and improve your general health.
She started researching diets and health when quite a few years ago she became chronically fatigued and doctors at that time were unable to help her. After reading many nutrition books she wanted to dig deeper so started going to health seminars given by Functional Medicine doctors and practitioners and managed to turn her health around by implementing what she learned.
She subsequently trained as a nutritional therapist and helped others reach their health goals with some simple dietary and lifestyle changes, many of whom lost weight without really trying. Recently she has been impressed at how many people have turned their health around with low carb, Keto and Paleo diets.
