The other berries don’t appear in the top twelve so if you can’t get organic strawberries it’s best to opt for one of the other low carb berries.

Keto Breakfast Smoothie Recipe


Serves two depending on appetite

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 4 chopped organic strawberries (use more if you like)
  • 1/2 cup thick canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stevia (or other low carb sweetener)
  • 1/2 scoop good quality low carb protein powder
  • 1/4 live coconut yogurt


1. Place all ingredients in your blender.
2. Blend well until very smooth.
3. Pour into your serving glasses, sip slowly and enjoy!
