Toxins on coffee beans
I say use the best quality coffee because low quality coffee beans can be moldy. Not a pleasant thought is it? Purity Coffee beans have been tested by an outside lab to make sure they are free of molds and the mycotoxins that they produce.
Their roasting process ensures that the beans do not contain Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and acrylamide. PAHs are a group of cancer causing toxins that are created in foods when heated at high temperatures for long periods of time as coffee beans are.
Many animal studies have shown that acrylamide which are also formed when foods are subjected to high temperatures is toxic to the nervous system and carcinogenic (cancer forming).
There is the problem of pesticides too. Purity coffee is organic which means the beans do not contain any toxic pesticides.

Recipe notes:
It is best made in a blender so it ends up with froth on the top. If you don’t you are likely to end up with a greasy blob on top of your coffee. You could also use a milk frother like this one if you don’t have a blender.
You don’t have to stick with the exact recipe. You can experiment a bit with the flavor if you like. For example you could add some cocoa or cacao powder for a mocha coffee.
Try adding a little natural vanilla, cinnamon or try a few drops of peppermint oil for a lift. An easy way to do this is to use one of the Omega Power Keto Creamers. They are made with grass-fed Ghee, MCT Oil, Organic Coconut Oil and sweetened with a little Stevia Powder.
There is quite a selection of flavors such as French Vanilla, Peppermint Mocha, Cinnamon and Salted Caramel. Yummy!
An alternative keto coffee recipe for you to try is this CBD Keto Bulletproof Coffee.
