The reason for this is because most of these fruits are loaded with carbohydrates. The good news is that there are fruits that have fewer carbs and can be included in your diet. 1. Fatty Fruits

Fatty fruits have healthy oils and fibers. Although these fruits have some carbs in them, they are highly beneficial for your health.
